The Fishing in Kona has been good the past few weeks with a number of fish in the 500-650 pound class caught on the Humdinger and other boats fishing tournaments here in Kona. In addition to the great Blue Marlin Fishing, other species such as Ono, Shortbilled Spearfish and Ahi are showing up here and there as well. September is one of the best months for fishing in Kona. The State of Hawaii has just opened up again for Trans Pacific Travel and you can avoid the 14 Day Quarantine when traveling to Hawaii by arriving with a negative COVID-19 Test result taken within 72 hours of arrival.
